Booking & Refund Policy

Depending upon the type of activity you choose as well as the nature of your tour, there exist three cancellation policies. Before confirming your reservation, there exists a need for you to verify the one that stands applicable for your activity. 

The following mentioned information is prevalent on each and every product under the section of ‘Cancellation Policy’. 

• Just in case the cancellation is held between tenure of 15 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee would be 25% + 2% of Transaction Fee. 
• If the cancellation date is 1 day prior to your departure, the cancellation fee is going to be 100%. 
• Lastly, if you cancel the trip 25 days before your tour, there is no cancellation fee imposed on that. You will be facilitated with a full refund. 

Note: 

• Do not expect the online refunds to be initiated instantly. They are going to take around 4-6 working days for their initiation. 
• The payments which are made via credit/debit card online usually take 7 working days for getting refunded. 
• In order to facilitate the processing of the refund, you must have the original receipt with you. 

Refund: 

Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. The refund will be issued by the merchant.
